To submit your iOS app with CarPlay, InterTech needs a CarPlay entitlement for your apple developer account. This process has to be completed by the Admin Account Agent.
Steps to request for Apple CarPlay Entitlement:
- Login to your Apple Developer account for iOS.
- Visit this link: https://developer.apple.com/contact/carplay/
- Select App type “Audio”
- Fill in the field “Tell us about your product”
Eg: XYZ Station owns and operates radio stations with listeners who commute in car. We request CarPlay entitlement in order to add listening functionality to our app. Can you please approve this request?
- Accept the Terms and Conditions
- Apple will review and approve the request for CarPlay entitlement.
