How to Contact Apple for Developer Account Issues

1). Go to https://developer.apple.com/

2). Click on Account located in the top right area and login with your Apple ID and password. You will use the email associated with your developer account, not your personal credentials.

3). When you login, you will see a menu in the left area. Select the Contact Us option which is located towards the bottom. 

4). When you get to the menu, select the following:

• Membership and Account
• Other Membership or Account Questions
• Select Phone and enter a phone number. 

That’s it!  Apple will be calling the number provided. You can ask any questions about your developer account status.
