VIP Club Overview Stats
In VIP Club, we added the Open, Click-Through and Unsubscribe rate for each email on the Report Overview Screen. We’ve color coded them to give a better idea of the “good” numbers vs. the stuff you want to work on.
(Did You Know? Anything under .5% for an unsubscribe rate is considered normal and good! Anything above that and you want to think about your email schedule & content.)
Podcast Episode Download / Play Stats Daily Graph
We’ve added a new graph to see how your podcast episodes perform over time. The graph is accessible by clicking the chart icon in the Engagement Stats column of the Episode Stats screen.
The graph displays a daily count of how many plays and downloads the episode has received.
